By downloading or using Hear&Repeat, you agree to the following terms.
Subscription
Hear&Repeat offers subscription-based access to app content and features.
A 14-day free trial may be offered to new subscribers. After the trial period, subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Subscription pricing is displayed within the app and may include monthly and annual plans.
Subscriptions can be managed through your Apple Account subscription settings. They can also be managed from within the app by going to Settings > Subscription.
Permitted Use
Hear&Repeat is provided for personal, non-commercial educational use only.
You may not:
- Copy, redistribute, or resell app content
- Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
- Use the app in any unlawful manner
Availability
We strive to keep the app available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation at all times.
Limitation of Liability
Hear&Repeat is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hear&Repeat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the app.
Changes
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
